I’m a Lead Business Analyst with 13+ years of experience in North America P&C Insurance, specializing in Policy Administration, Claims Management, and legacy-to-modern platform transformations. I focus on turning business goals into deliverable outcomes—on time and within scope—by aligning requirements, process design, and technical execution.
I’ve led implementations of Sapiens solutions (ClaimsPro, PolicyPro) and Guidewire (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter) as well as Duck Creek PAS, with hands-on end-to-end delivery methods from out-of-box demos to gap analysis, requirements gathering (configuration), implementation, and final client demos. In transformation programs, I’m known for requirement gathering, process optimization, and Agile delivery practices.
In my current role at Sapiens Technologies, I lead a team of five Business Analysts across Policy, Claims, and Forms transformation implementations, including end-to-end ClaimsPro transformation for multiple US clients. Earlier experiences as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst strengthened my breadth across Guidewire enhancements and maintenance, third-party capture interface requirements, and CRM tool requirement gathering.
