What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition from self-employment into a stable corporate environment where I can apply my experience in customer service, data handling, documentation, coordination, and daily operations. I want a long-term opportunity to learn company processes, improve my professional skills, and grow through consistent performance and responsibility.

Through my self-managed taxi business in Pune, I’ve handled customer communication, bookings, trip scheduling, and day-to-day operations. I respond to booking inquiries and follow up with customers and drivers about pickup schedules, trip completion, and payments.

I’ve resolved concerns involving delays, billing, driver coordination, and trip changes. I also use MS Excel and Google Sheets to maintain trip, payment, expense, and cash transaction records.

My operations work includes checking vehicle and driver documents, coordinating assignments, and using Google Maps and GPS to track routes and support timely service. I also maintained daily cash closing, payment records, and business documentation.

Before this, I worked in operations and administration at a CA coaching institute for two years. I’m an IRDAI-qualified professional with knowledge of life insurance and its principles.
