I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can own BRD/FRD, design KPIs, and deliver SQL + BI dashboards that drive decisions in SLA-driven, cross-functional teams—using Agile delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration.

I’m a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience across Operations, Analytics, and stakeholder-facing roles. I translate business problems into actionable insights through BRD/FRD, KPI design, and SQL-based analysis, with a strong focus on requirements clarity, UAT-style validation, and delivering MIS automation.

In recent work, I’ve led company-wide analytics as the sole point of contact, built real-time Tableau dashboards for CXOs and functional leads, and partnered cross-functionally to turn user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
