I’m a Business Analyst with 5+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in business operations, reporting, process improvement, and business analysis across BFSI and startup environments. I translate business requirements into standardized reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.

At HDFC Bank, I partnered with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and KYC teams to build and refine MIS reporting and KPI frameworks. I redesigned the portfolio reporting workflow, reducing turnaround time from 3–4 days to under 1 day, and standardized business rules and validation logic across 8 portfolio KPIs for consistent monitoring.

I’m also hands-on with data accuracy and governance—validating and reconciling reports and dashboards through UAT before stakeholder delivery. I extract and review CRMNext and Flexcube data to track portfolio trends and support KPI reporting.

Earlier, I contributed through KPI and opportunity analysis during my HDFC Bank Summer Intern – Management Trainee role, and supported business planning and day-to-day operations in a remote business operations associate role. My toolkit blends SQL, Power BI (DAX), Tableau, and Advanced Excel to turn complex operational information into clear, actionable insights.
