At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), I led development of an urban resilience planning tool, processing data from more than 100 PDFs. I also designed a chatbot prototype that reduced information retrieval time by 40%.
At Arkray Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., I led Six Sigma DMAIC projects that reduced testing errors by 20%. Earlier, at Seva Hospital, I coordinated mobile diabetes screening camps that screened more than 500 people.
