At JLL, I recovered a failing $2M+ client migration after joining mid-program, establishing decision ownership, risk and escalation mechanisms, and migration governance. We delivered on time with zero migration errors and preserved the strategic client relationship.

I also established portfolio and JIRA governance across 12 Engineering teams and 7 Product Managers, giving leaders clearer visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and investment priorities.

For JLL’s AWS-hosted infrastructure transition and Sisense decommissioning, I governed critical-path dependencies across engineering teams, maintaining operational continuity with zero business disruption. I also scaled the Global Property Management Operations Dashboard from a 15-user pilot to more than 2,500 users.

My work has also included developing an Agentic AI business case projecting $2M+ in potential annual revenue recovery, and building a Program Management Center of Excellence adopted as an organizational standard. I’m PMP and SAFe certified, and a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership researching strategic leadership capabilities and enterprise-wide AI adoption.
