What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead payment operations and product improvements where I can build high-performing teams, optimize payment performance, use data for decisions, and deliver reliable, compliant customer experiences.

At Flutter CEE’s Adjarabet.am, I lead the Payments & Retail Department, shaping payment strategy, project roadmaps, customer journeys, and reliable payment operations.

I've progressed from Payments Incident Specialist to Payments Team Lead, Payments Unit Head, and Head of Department, leading teams, partner onboarding, negotiations, KPI design, reconciliation, reporting, and payment-system improvements. I use payment data to improve authorization rates, reduce costs, resolve transaction issues, and turn complex operational data into actionable management insights.

My foundation in banking comes from InecoBank, where I handled card disputes, chargebacks, transaction processing, reconciliation, customer support, and compliance. I bring practical knowledge of Armenian banking and gambling regulations, high-risk payment environments, SmartVista, TSYS Prime, Visa Resolve Online, Mastercard Connect, Tableau, and product management.
