I'm leading end-to-end support for a cross-border payments company, where I've built the support process, runbooks, knowledge base, monitoring, and automation from scratch.
I trace escalated payment failures across engine and gateway stacks using Loki and SQL, diagnose acquirer, callback, and provider-integration issues, and turn each resolution into documentation. I've guided more than 80 merchants to production-ready API integrations and built Playwright, k6, JavaScript, and Python tooling to reduce routine work and expose performance limits.
