I learn complex products fast: I joined Octopus without a green-tech background and exceeded the suggested ramp-up in 30 days. Previously at Marktel Global Services, I handled 30+ inbound calls daily, achieved a 60–70% conversion rate per call, and was promoted to the energy team based on performance.
