What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue supporting operations and quality through accurate KPI/OEE reporting, strong documentation and compliance discipline, and cross-functional coordination—where I can use Power BI to improve reporting efficiency and help teams execute initiatives on time.

I’m a result-driven administrative and operations professional with over six years in the manufacturing industry, supporting cross-functional initiatives, operational reporting, compliance activities, and project coordination at Coca-Cola Caribbean Bottlers. I coordinate and maintain IMS documentation, compliance registers, and Management of Change (MOC) records to support audit readiness and execution of departmental initiatives.

I leverage Power BI to improve reporting efficiency by transitioning downtime tracking from manual records to a Power BI-based downtime app, while monitoring KPIs and OEE to support plant performance optimization. I prepare and present monthly technical reports to senior leadership, collaborate on MEC procedures for quality and environmental compliance, and manage confidential documents and procurement tracking with zero discrepancies.
