Analece Kerr
@analecekerr
Detail-oriented operations assistant offering customer support and accurate data entry to streamline high-volume workflows.
What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in administrative coordination and customer support. I’ve supported fast-paced environments by managing high-volume inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
In my Business Operations Assistant role with the Division of Infrastructure, Quarries and Urban Development, I entered financial data from vote books into digital systems to support remote executive access. I also identified discrepancies and communicated findings to support internal auditing, strengthening accuracy and accountability.
Through my hospitality training, I worked on procurement, purchasing, and receiving processes to ensure timely supply operations. I managed guest service requests and complaints via an online system, formulating professional responses within strict deadlines and coordinating meetings between guests.
I bring a strong operations mindset and digital proficiency to keep service standards consistent—actively filling operational gaps and contributing to positive experiences in a 600+ guest environment. I’m motivated to combine accurate data work, clear communication, and reliable coordination to help teams run smoothly.
