I’m looking for a role where I can build my baking career with creativity and dedication, while working in a clean, food-safety-focused environment and growing through structured training and consistent quality expectations.

I’m an IT Analyst who supports users with account access issues—login problems, password resets, and authorization errors—while troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex cases when needed.

I also worked as a Content Analyst, where I consistently upheld stringent quality standards in daily reviews, stayed current with client policies and guidelines, and built a reliable review process for new hires to improve consistency and efficiency.

Alongside my early professional experience, I’ve developed strong baking skills through years of personal practice and experimenting with pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. I’m committed to pursuing a baking career, following recipes carefully, refining techniques to match my taste, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
