I lead Business Applications at Positec Tool Corporation, directing strategy, support, and continuous improvement across SAP, HighJump WMS, Kibo OMS, ChannelAdvisor, Talend, Seeburger, Orderwave, and enterprise integrations.
I manage and mentor Business Analysts while leading cross-functional initiatives from requirements and solution design through testing, implementation, and post-production support. I partner with executive leadership, warehouse operations, customer service, finance, eCommerce teams, vendors, and third-party partners to improve reliability, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Previously, I managed US customer migration to a new EDI platform and coordinated implementations, testing, issue resolution, and production deployments with customers, vendors, and trading partners.
My foundation in SAP and EDI support includes SAP data updates, BusinessObjects reporting, EDI onboarding, transaction troubleshooting, documentation, training, and business-process improvement.
