What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise process, integration, and technology initiatives where I can improve systems, deliver measurable operational outcomes, and work across global teams.

At Parker Hannifin, I lead the Business Process Enablement Team, supporting SAP and its integrations with eight contractors and three employees.

I'm the global product owner for EDI across 20+ Parker Lord locations in LATAM, North America, EMEA, and APAC, spanning SAP, SBO, IBM, GXS, and BizLink.

I've managed Contract Lifecycle Management and EDI VAN transition projects simultaneously, while providing tier-two technical support for SAP, Loftware, and Business Operations. I also contribute to cross-functional Hyper Performance Teams focused on EDI, AI, and Going Green.

Previously, I led business analysis for AI-powered Qualtrics dashboards, Salesforce e-commerce integrations, KPI visualization, DataMart testing, and enterprise rollout work. I also implemented Loftware and established EDI for the Aerospace Filtration Division.
