I've led enterprise cloud application strategy at ISEC across Microsoft D365 CRM, Power Platform, Dayforce, Shipwell TMS, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. I partnered with Finance to modernize invoicing, expense reporting, reconciliations, and billing while embedding change management for adoption.
I managed four direct reports across ERP analysis, business systems, data engineering, and platform development, alongside consultants and offshore partners. I also controlled more than $2M in IT spend within a $6M departmental budget.
Previously, I built application strategies, HA/DR plans, and vendor performance processes at Bayaud Enterprises, and managed ERP, CRM sales automation, AWS, and Infor Distribution Solutions at Denver Wholesale Florists. At Tuff Shed, I led an Oracle Sales Cloud migration, JD Edwards upgrade, and Oracle Fusion CRM integration.
My foundation includes nearly nine years at Oracle Corporation, where I built software for Fortune 100 clients across Windows, IBM, and Linux and developed virtualization tools for web services.
