I've built the foundations of servicing and collections operations, including departmental policies, procedures, founding-team hiring, Quality Assurance, and vendor relationships across cross-border payments, loan servicing, and recoveries.

I partner with Engineering on an in-house Loan Management System and work with Legal, Risk, Finance, Data, and Capital Markets to keep treatment paths compliant across jurisdictions and translate operational data into senior-stakeholder decisions.

Previously at Deem Finance, I developed risk-based collections segmentation, led customer rehabilitation for restructured accounts, and built performance reporting for Customer Service and Collections.
