Previously, I directed a $2M operating budget and 250 staff at Camp Moshava Long Island, serving 650+ campers and families while building leadership development systems. At The Jewish Education Project, I led national thought leadership through conferences, innovation initiatives, a podcast, executive advising, and published writing.
