I seek senior nonprofit leadership roles where I can lead fundraising, governance, and strategic transformation, build high-performing teams, and drive major-gift growth.

I am a nonprofit executive with deep experience leading fundraising, governance, and strategic transformation for Jewish and pro-Israel organizations. I have led national teams and boards, closed seven- and eight-figure gifts, designed and executed capital and emergency fundraising campaigns, and modernized development operations and CRM systems.

I combine legal training and senior nonprofit leadership to improve governance, build staff capacity, and create sustainable fundraising infrastructures. I have a track record of recruiting and restructuring boards and staff, upgrading policies and systems, and delivering measurable growth in philanthropic revenue and donor engagement.
