What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a counseling role where I can build individualized treatment plans, use diagnostic tools, and support emotional growth through goal setting—especially for depression, stress, and anxiety—while working in a team that values compassion and structure.

I’m psychology-trained with a master’s degree, using a model that focuses on structuring emotions through goal setting. My training includes applying one on one counseling skills while addressing behavior problems, with adaptability across school environments, corporate world, and therapeutic settings.

I completed a nine-month counseling practicum at New Direction Youth and Family Services, providing counseling services to individuals across various age groups and developing customized plans for emotional growth. I also developed an interest in treating depression, stress and anxiety, and strengthened my work with diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and skills like analyzing assumptions and biases.
