Elena Barajas

I’m a counseling professional with a Master’s in School Counseling and extensive hands-on experience in student services. I provide individual and group support, schedule and present educational workshops, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program and agency standards.

In my current role providing direct care and daily supervision to at-risk youth in short-term residential therapeutic programs, I deliver trauma-informed behavioral support, crisis intervention, and individualized mentorship. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and use evidence-based interventions and positive reinforcement to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
