As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two years of experience, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and teens in both office and school-based settings. My role at Southwest Family Guidance Center has allowed me to help clients identify personal growth areas, set achievable goals, and learn effective coping skills. I take pride in my ability to foster personal relationships with my clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.

Prior to my counseling career, I served as an Administrative Assistant at Pain Solutions, where I honed my communication and organizational skills. I was the main point of contact between the doctor and patients, which required a high level of detail orientation and customer service. My experience in both counseling and administrative roles has equipped me with a unique skill set that emphasizes problem-solving and effective communication.
