Maureen Conway

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who provides evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient and inpatient settings. I focus on measurable progress and client stabilization through collaborative care.

I have managed individualized treatment plans across a 25–30 client caseload, regularly using clinical outcome measures to track symptomatology and therapeutic goals. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain documentation and authorization processes to support continuity of care.

My background blends applied behavior analysis and counseling psychology: I design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct functional analyses and FBAs, facilitate group therapy, and deliver parent training to ensure durable skill acquisition. I am trained in crisis prevention and de-escalation and have supervised and trained junior staff in therapeutic interventions.

I practice from a trauma-informed, person-centered perspective and prioritize culturally responsive care. I am motivated to join a collaborative clinical team where I can continue supervising clinicians, improving outcomes, and expanding behavioral programming.
