I’m a detail-oriented Healthcare Implementation Specialist with a strong track record of tailoring industry-specific workflows, client protocols, and solutions to meet real client needs. I handle multiple priorities with accuracy, and I proactively surface solutions to developing problems so modifications can be made quickly.

In my implementation work, I focus on strengthening client relationships by partnering with account executives and collaborating with sales teams to support corrective actions and effective project outcomes. I bring structured organization, clear communication, and high dependability to every engagement.

Before that, I built a solid clinical foundation as a Case Manager and Clinical Case Worker—identifying care needs, coordinating responses based on physician guidance and coverage limitations, and documenting interventions in electronic charting systems. I also work across multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, lead individual and group sessions, and support clients in accessing housing, legal services, and public benefits.
