I've supported healthcare operations, patient services, care coordination, and community-based programs for over four years.

At Community Partners, I conduct patient intake, eligibility screenings, and assessments using NextGen and AHCCCS systems. I coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, housing, and community referrals while maintaining accurate electronic health records and HIPAA compliance.

I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support quality improvement to help deliver patient-centered services.

My experience also includes managing daily operations, staff scheduling, compliance, training, operational reporting, program documentation, and behavioral interventions. I'm currently pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration.
