I am Makoto Nakaoka, commonly referred to as Makk. Over the course of 23 years, I have dedicated a decade to serving as a Quality Analyst, progressing to the role of Quality Lead at both Accenture Inc. and Cognizant. In these positions, my primary responsibilities included overseeing the quality of agents' work and furnishing constructive feedback derived from factual analysis and root cause investigations.

Moreover, I assumed additional responsibilities as the focal point for generating reports and implementing automation initiatives. Over the past three years, my focus has predominantly shifted towards report generation, culminating in my current role as a Senior Reports Analyst.

My proficiency extends across a comprehensive array of tools and platforms, encompassing Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Advanced Excel, VBA Macro, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Service Now, and Salesforce.
