As a Reports Analyst, I build end-to-end reporting solutions that make data faster, cleaner, and more usable. In my current Performance, Reporting & Insights work, I engineered automated data pipelines integrating Power BI dashboards with SQL databases and Dataverse to deliver real-time data accessibility for reporting, while optimizing dashboard data models and performance with rigorous validation.

I also streamline reporting workflows through PowerAutomate and VBA macros, and I develop custom PowerApps applications to improve data capture and operational metrics. Previously at Enshored, I designed dynamic dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, and AWS QuickSight, optimized large datasets with SQL, automated reporting updates with macros and scripts, and integrated data across platforms including Salesforce for holistic performance analysis—supported by thorough data audits and quality checks. Earlier, as an Internal Auditor, I led and supported compliance-focused audits across 30+ branches, managed a team of up to 3 auditors, and delivered detailed reporting and strategic feedback to strengthen controls and continuous process improvement.
