What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my policy research, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination experience to work that improves education, public services, and outcomes for communities.

At Chicago Public Schools, I create and maintain board meeting materials for more than 100 policies, track requests from 21 board members, and keep policy information accurate across internal teams.

I've evaluated education and social-policy issues through research roles at the Crown School of Social Work and Advance Illinois. My work includes qualitative interviews, thematic coding in NVivo, policy research, literature reviews, data visualization, and policy memos.

I'm also building technical analysis skills through Python, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and ArcGIS. As President and Director of Fundraising for Black Action in Public Policy Studies, I oversee committees, manage programming budgets, and helped secure a 20% budget allocation increase.
