At Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, I built Python pipelines that consolidated survey records into analysis-ready datasets and created matched pre/post data to measure participant outcomes. I’ve also analyzed program performance and translated findings into reporting for leadership, funders, and other partners.
At Greater New Orleans, Inc., I integrated historical workforce and labor market data into a longitudinal database, then developed dashboards and a system to track program impact. I now integrate public data at the Discrimination, Disparities, and Data Lab at Tulane University, building reproducible geographic data merges and documenting quality checks.
