What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply quantitative research, policy analysis, and data management skills to mission-driven work that improves programs, communities, and decision-making.

At Sanford Health, I support quantitative research and data operations across 15+ federally funded and organizational research projects. I collect, clean, validate, and analyze complex datasets using Excel and SPSS; develop surveys and data instruments; and translate findings into reporting for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

My economics and political science background includes econometric research on U.S. environmental spending and quality-of-life disparities, alongside municipal policy, community development, GIS mapping, and public outreach work. I bring experience managing high-volume survey data, improving research workflows, and supporting rigorous, multidisciplinary projects.
