I'm currently supporting A2P SMS services at Munitel GmbH, troubleshooting delivery failures, routing issues, SMPP connectivity, and service disruptions. I monitor SMS traffic, analyze logs, coordinate with vendors, and test HLR, MNP, and number lookup services.
