Maha DRIDAT

I am a dedicated project manager with a PhD in Economic and Management Sciences from the National School of Business and Management in Kénitra. My professional journey began with a Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control, which laid the foundation for my analytical skills and understanding of organizational dynamics. Since 2017, I have been leading projects at the National Coordination of the National Initiative for Human Development under the Ministry of the Interior, where I have honed my abilities in project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic decision-making.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed the implementation processes of various initiatives, ensuring that protocols and procedures are followed meticulously. My role involves synthesizing reports, validating documents, and presenting results to key stakeholders. I am also an active member of both the Steering Committee and the Technical Committee, where I contribute to the strategic direction and oversight of projects. My internships at reputable firms like KPMG and Acor Auditors & Advisors have further enriched my experience, providing me with a diverse skill set in auditing and management control.
