At Takeaway.com, I coordinate live operations by dispatching Just Eat couriers, resolving logistics issues, and monitoring team KPIs. I manage and support a 20-person shift team while communicating across departments to keep operations moving.

I'm experienced in customer service, shift reporting, issue flagging, process optimization, and training new hires. My background also includes active customer service, cash-register work, and maintaining workplace standards.

I bring communication design experience spanning brand design, graphic design, UX/UI, copywriting, typography, market research, and office newsletter creation.

I'm completing a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design at the University of Wroclaw and will pursue postgraduate Project Management studies at the University of Economics. I work in Polish and English and am continuing to learn Spanish.
