I am a multilingual professional based in Poland, with experience in customer service, sales, administration, logistics, and digital operations. My background combines business management, customer communication, and technical skills, allowing me to adapt to different roles and working environments.

Throughout my career, I have worked in English-speaking customer support and sales, managed inventory and financial reports, coordinated administrative tasks, and supported small businesses with their digital presence. As a co-founder of a digital solutions project, I gained hands-on experience in client communication, project coordination, website development, and business operations.

I also have a technical background in systems analysis and programming, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, SQL, and web development. I am comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, project management platforms, and various digital tools.

I am a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English (C1), and currently developing my Polish language skills.
