I’m a strategic, people-centric Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager with proven experience in global RPO environments. I combine stakeholder management, sourcing operations, and team leadership to deliver hiring outcomes at scale across EMEA.

In my current role as Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager & SME in Sourcing at Serendi, I lead full-cycle talent delivery and ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction. I serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, drive strategic alignment, and oversee team operations—from workload allocation and performance reviews to continuous improvement.

Previously, I managed sourcing operations across multiple accounts as Manager Sourcing Operations, where I defined and executed sourcing strategies, supported tech innovation, and optimized ATS usage to enhance sourcing capabilities. I also coached teams, strengthened training frameworks, monitored KPIs and costs, and contributed to client implementation and strategic planning.

Before that, I led an HR Sourcing Team Lead / HR Sourcing Consultant role, coaching Sourcing Consultants, managing onboarding and capacity planning, and owning sourcing delivery for assigned roles—plus supporting internal hiring as a first interviewer. I started with full-cycle HR sourcing and talent research using Boolean and non-mainstream channels, and I bring that operational rigor into everything I deliver today.
