What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead agile delivery end to end, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support teams with risk-aware planning, stakeholder alignment, and quality-focused outcomes.

I have over 14 years of comprehensive experience across the software development lifecycle, progressing from Quality Control to Business Analyst and now to Project Manager. I specialize in aligning technical execution with business goals through clear requirements, proactive communication, and servant leadership.

As a Senior Project Manager at Groove Technology, I lead end-to-end delivery—from requirement analysis and resource planning to task coordination and successful releases. I’ve led a cross-functional offshore team of 15, partnered with stakeholders across Australia and the UK, and removed obstacles to improve team performance, efficiency, and project quality.

Earlier, I served as Test Lead and Senior QC, where I defined test plans and strategies, supported UAT, and ensured alignment with specifications. I also acted as a Business Analyst and QC team lead, gathering and clarifying requirements, creating Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and leading quality execution across multiple projects.
