At Lowe’s, I lead planning, execution, and enhancement for Verify It, a greenfield enterprise application supporting a company-wide data quality initiative. I also coordinate quarterly roadmap planning across three Item Data Quality products.
I translate business and user needs into features, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. I partner with UX and engineering on discovery and future-state workflow design, supporting Verify It’s expansion to five pilot distribution centers.
At Food Lion, I owned the corporate new-associate orientation experience and created onboarding and training documentation for recruiting workflows. I also trained new recruiters on SAP SuccessFactors and maintained candidate data across SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
Earlier at Food Lion, I planned and facilitated more than 115 retail programs generating over $27 million in annual sales. I conducted market research, improved program tracking, and shared performance updates and opportunities with management.
