I work where communication meets problem-solving, building my career in customer support through understanding people, resolving concerns, and staying calm when things get complicated. I’m motivated by challenges and continuous learning—especially when there’s something new to figure out, improve, or solve.

In my recent roles, I’ve supported operations and customer outcomes, bringing strong problem-solving and consistency to day-to-day work. I’ve also strengthened customer relationship and service execution, including coordination that keeps the customer experience smooth and reliable.

Curiosity pulled me toward technology, and I recently completed a Full Stack Development Internship at Cognifyz Technologies. That experience expanded my perspective on how digital products work behind the scenes and helped me develop stronger logical thinking and attention to detail.

I’m also certified in AI Tools and ChatGPT, and I enjoy exploring smarter, more efficient ways of working and thinking. I’m always open to meaningful opportunities and interesting conversations where I can contribute and keep growing.
