At Careem Rides (Uber Inc.), I managed people matters across seven markets and led the end-to-end Uber and Careem Rides technology and organizational integration, covering talent mapping, organizational redesign, and workforce decisions.

I’ve strengthened organizational capability at Bazaar Technologies by leading talent management and learning, launching development programs for managers and individual contributors, introducing five career levels, and implementing Leapsome for 430 colleagues. I also partnered with leaders on Peakon engagement action plans that improved scores by 10% over six months.

Earlier at Abudawood Pakistan, I built learning plans, onboarding programs, performance cycles, succession planning, capacity management, and sales training for more than 400 Bazaar agents. I’m focused on practical people strategies that improve capability, engagement, and business outcomes.
