What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead equitable education or nonprofit programs where I can scale regional initiatives, build funding and university partnerships, develop teams, and expand opportunity for underserved communities.

I've led STEM education initiatives at SMASH, Hartnell College, and Peerless Technologies, expanding equitable pathways for underserved students through regional strategy, university partnerships, and community engagement.

At Hartnell College, I unified campus-wide STEM initiatives into one strategic program and secured more than $2.5M in annual funding. At SMASH, I doubled scholar enrollment at the Stanford site and now lead Bay Area programming, outreach, and a seasonal staff of 30+ across a 100-mile region.

I've also delivered NASA STEM professional development to 155 afterschool sites across 18 states, guided organizations through virtual-programming transitions, and serve in board and interim executive leadership roles. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking leader, I'm committed to expanding access for underserved communities.
