At Semiramis Intercontinental Cairo Hotel, I manage complete IT operations for a 700-room five-star hotel, supporting data, voice, Wi-Fi, IPTV, POS, and security systems. I maintain 99% network uptime and support more than 1,000 staff users across departments.
I manage Cisco and Meraki infrastructure, firewall migration, MCOM IPTV, physical and virtual servers, backups, and IHG IT security compliance. I also coordinate vendors, resolve hardware and network incidents, and was recognized as Employee of the Month.
