I’m looking for a Scrum Master role where I can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach agile teams, and drive delivery that improves customer outcomes and operational results—while collaborating closely with stakeholders and the development team.

I’m a Scrum Master with 3 years of experience in project leadership, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and managing cross-functional teams of over 5 members. I focus on coaching teams and coordinating agile processes to drive successful project outcomes.

In my recent role, I managed lease agreements, client portfolios, and administrative processes for properties in the U.S. and Medellín, Colombia—ensuring compliance, payment recovery, and timely handling of requests. I built strong client handling routines while keeping operational execution on track.

Earlier, I led strategic projects and negotiations for UPS corporate and government clients in the U.S., aligning results with financial objectives. I also led the development and implementation of new Platzi digital payment channels for Mortgage Credit, improving the customer experience by coordinating agile delivery with the Development team.
