What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining customer/technical support and data analysis where I can apply leadership, improve processes, and grow in a collaborative, learning-focused team.

My career as a customer service advocate has been an ongoing customer service/techinical support career for 5+ years. I’m looking for a company I can grow within and make a real difference with. Not only for the company but also for the customers we are supporting. I also am interested in branching out inot an entry level data analyst career as well.
