At RapidScale, I administer Microsoft Purview DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and audit controls across client environments. I’ve led enterprise tenant and messaging migrations across Exchange, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and IMAP using BitTitan MigrationWiz.
I lead complex Microsoft 365 escalations involving identity, authentication, and mail flow, and design Exchange Online transport rules, SMTP connectors, and mail flow controls. I also deploy Mimecast email security policies and integrations.
At Integrity Marketing Group, I managed Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, led tenant consolidations and Exchange migrations, and supported hybrid identity architecture. My earlier experience includes eDiscovery and retention controls at Teladoc Health and IT operations at Community Action Commission.
