I’m a Senior Modern Workplace and Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 6+ years of experience building and operating enterprise Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments. I focus on where identity and systems intersect, delivering stable, scalable solutions that are easier to operate.

At Pellera (Client: Texas Children’s Hospital), I design and support a Microsoft 365 environment for 10,000+ users across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. I engineer Entra ID identity architecture—lifecycle management, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and Privileged Identity Management—and strengthen endpoint security through Intune MDM and MAM policies.

In parallel, I’ve led 350+ Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace cloud migration and modernization projects as a Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery Engineer (Contract) with 12–20+ concurrent client engagements. I’ve automated provisioning and execution workflows via API integrations, designed target tenant environments (identity, mail flow, DNS updates, and cross-tenant integrations), and executed legacy-to-cloud transitions across Exchange and IMAP-based systems.

Before that, I served as a Microsoft 365 Business QA Analyst and a Microsoft 365 Technical Support Specialist at Zones, handling advanced identity and cross-tenant escalations while improving troubleshooting standards and service delivery metrics. I stay hands-on end-to-end, managing lifecycle work from discovery through production cutover and training teammates to raise execution quality.
