What I'm looking for

Looking for a remote life sciences role where I can combine scientific depth, program leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Most interested in scientific/medical affairs, research operations, and strategy roles with strong growth potential and limited travel.

At the American Association for Cancer Research, I plan and execute 5–7 scientific and medical conferences and workshops annually, including pediatric oncology initiatives. I coordinate 20+ faculty and speakers per program and events serving 150+ attendees, aligning scientific content, communications, logistics, and follow-through.

I also built an interactive onboarding roadmap and knowledge-transfer tracker adopted department-wide during a leadership transition. Earlier, I supported translational development of an investigational CAR-T therapy for pediatric neuroblastoma at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and partnered with pharmaceutical clients on electrophysiology assays at Reaction Biology Corporation.
