What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead clinical operations or translational research programs, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance oncology therapies.

I am a clinical trial operations and research professional with deep experience across oncology clinical trials, translational research, and early-stage biotech operations. I combine a strong academic foundation in molecular and cellular biology with hands-on laboratory, data, and protocol management experience.

At Vanderbilt's Ingram Cancer Center I managed end-to-end operations for a 100+ trial portfolio, led contract and budget negotiations for industry-sponsored research, and served as a primary liaison for industry, government, and academic partners—improving workflows and supporting multidisciplinary teams. In industry roles, I drove corporate strategy and fundraising, maintained lab processes and reproducibility, and led recruitment and mentoring efforts at Empath Biosciences.

My background includes molecular lab research (lipid metabolism, p53/protein binding, gene therapy), clinical data management, and experience with diagnostics and POC technology evaluation. I am passionate about improving patient outcomes through rigorous research, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
