At Brain Injury Association of NC, I lead research, cross-sector partnerships, and program deliverables focused on high-risk populations. I also lead the annual Gaps and Needs Survey, from design through analysis, to identify service gaps and inform statewide programming priorities.
I’ve delivered crisis intervention training and brain injury presentations to professionals, first responders, and peer counselors. I also co-direct Camp Thrive, a retreat for adult brain injury survivors.
At Children's Home Society of North Carolina, I served as Project Manager for the Family Insight Survey, gathering community insights across North Carolina’s 100 counties. I oversaw the Family Insights Dashboard, which brings survey data and community insights together to track family well-being trends and disparities.
My work there also included writing accessible research publications and partnering with StoryCorps Studios to elevate community perspectives. I hold a BA in Public Health Studies from Elon University and am pursuing an MPH at George Washington University.
