At RTI International, I develop curricula for educators, print materials for parents and caregivers, and digital tools for teens on mental health, positive youth development, and academic and career success. I also manage an online community where young people give feedback on tools in development.
On We Think Twice, I contribute campaign content and author teen-facing digital products, caregiver materials, and curricula for youth-serving providers. I plan journal prompts and questionnaires for the youth feedback community and summarize its findings in monthly memos.
For Targeted Reading Instruction, I lead a team of coders evaluating implementation fidelity and review videos of teachers and coaches using the intervention. I also facilitate teacher focus groups and conduct qualitative analysis; across my work, I contribute to research, data analysis, and technical reporting.
