At Massachusetts General Hospital’s Medical Practice Evaluation Center, I supported health services and policy research evaluating HIV and tuberculosis interventions. I served as a primary analyst on cost-effectiveness projects, managing analyses from parameter development through validation and interpretation.
I synthesized clinical and epidemiologic evidence to inform model inputs and policy scenarios, and prepared manuscripts, technical briefs, presentations, and research summaries, including materials supporting collaborations with the World Health Organization.
At UNC, I cleaned and analyzed patient-level and environmental data to examine air pollution patterns and stroke severity. I also conducted an MPH capstone analysis of HPV infection and hypertension among U.S. women using SAS.
My other research and public health work included auditing longitudinal cohort data, analyzing community survey findings, and contributing to manuscripts and presentations. I also led weekly epidemiology recitations as a teaching assistant.
