At SOAS University of London, I support students and academic staff through attendance monitoring, visa documentation, coursework administration, and official academic records. I improved attendance-recording processes for more than 1,000 law students and introduced an approved travel letter for visa-sponsored students affected by Middle East travel disruption.
Previously, I managed 120+ parole cases per four-month cycle at the New Zealand Parole Board, coordinating 45 hearings each month and handling sensitive legal and victim information. I also supervised teams, trained colleagues, edited more than 500 legal decisions, and worked in high-pressure offender-monitoring operations.
